Lightuning demonstrates Saint-Gobain Sekurit's advancements in electrochromic technology, which allows the darkening or lightening of glass shades.

As standard values the amount of light entering the vehicle can be set anywhere between 4% and 40% at the touch of a button. Solar energy transmission can be reduced from 2% to 20%.

Currently available for sunroofs and glass canopies, electrochromic glass will soon be ready for use on other glass surfaces.
