Renault Fluence

The Renault Fluence, a mix of fluence and elegance, was introduced at Paris Motor Show in 2008. The concept car Renault Fluence Zero Emission was unveiled in 2009 at the IAA in Frankfurt.
 
The Fluence belongs to the C-segment and replaces the sedan version of the old Megane. The car has the size of a traditional mid-range sedan, a real family car with a comfortable cabin full of technologies and a generous luggage volume.
 
The car is built at an ISO-14001 certificated plant in Turkey. The production of the car is environmental friendly, because more then 5% consists of recycled materials. At the end of the life cycle, the car is for more than 85% renewable. In 2011, the Fluence will go electric and a year after; a smaller compact electric car will arrive.
The Saint-Gobain Sekurit windscreen is acoustic and offers functionalities like a light and rain sensor that automatically controls the windscreen wipers and the headlights.
